Pegasus Villa

"One Brookhollow Plaza is a unique building on the Stemmons skyline, and is the only building in Dallas designed by noted architect Paul Rudolph. The design of the building was unique in that it was constructed using entirely precast panels of concrete. Locals dubbed it the ‘Tinkertoy Tower’. The building became vacant in 1989 when Mobil Oil moved out. In 2003 the building became a 156-unit senior center called Pegasus Villas. Rudolph, incidentally, died from cancer that is linked to asbestos exposure."
