This building was demolished in January of 2007.

"With the house’s design, Rudolph sought to express a sense of motion using a composition of parallel planes and structural members that appear to slide by one another, overlapping and interlocking at right angles. This concept of motion is expressed in the way spaces plug into one another with overlapping parallel walls and in the way the walls and structural members physically connect to one another, partially interlocking and continuing past the intersection.
The house extends horizontally from west to east as the site drops away in rolling terraces, so that the west end is firmly resting on the ground while the east end projects over it, supported by slender four-post columns. Every element of the composition reinforces the strong linear character of the house."
